Who you are
You are a highly technical Product Manager with a passion for driving execution and innovation. With a strong background in cloud services and certificate automation, you thrive at the intersection of technology and product development. You enjoy rolling up your sleeves and diving into complex technical workflows, partnering closely with engineers to bring early-stage concepts to life. Your experience includes working with PKI, cloud-native architectures, and digital identity solutions, allowing you to translate intricate technical needs into scalable and intuitive products that enhance customer trust.
You have a proven track record of implementing integrations with major cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP. Your hands-on experience with Kubernetes and certificate automation ecosystems like cert-manager and SPIFFE/SPIRE positions you as a key player in driving product success. You are familiar with design thinking and rapid experimentation methodologies, enabling you to iterate quickly and effectively on product features.
Desirable
Experience in SRE/DevOps or cloud solution architecture is a plus, as is familiarity with marketplace readiness or product listings on AWS, Azure, or GCP. You understand the importance of user feedback and data-driven decision-making in product development, and you are comfortable navigating the complexities of cloud-native environments and microservices.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the advancement of DigiCert's Trust Lifecycle Manager platform, focusing on cloud and Kubernetes integrations. You will implement and iterate on integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP services, including KMS, Key Vault, CloudHSM, ACM, and CAS. Partnering with engineering, you will build, test, and validate Kubernetes certificate automation flows, ensuring that the product meets the highest standards of reliability and performance.
You will drive hands-on prototyping within cloud-native environments, working with microservices and containerized deployment architectures. Your ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly solutions will be crucial in accelerating customer trust workloads. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that the product evolves in alignment with customer needs and market trends.
