FarmWise is hiring a Product Manager to develop and lead the roadmap for their AI-powered Vulcan robotic weeding offering. You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in hardware and software development. You thrive in multidisciplinary environments and enjoy collaborating with engineers to create innovative solutions that deliver real-world value. Your hands-on approach means you are comfortable working in the field as well as in the office, leading discussions and planning sessions with your team.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product vision and strategy effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are data-driven and understand the importance of metrics in guiding product decisions. Your ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution makes you a valuable asset to any team.
What you'll do
As a Product Manager at FarmWise, you will take ownership of the product roadmap for the Vulcan robotic weeding system. You will work closely with embedded and machine learning engineers to define, develop, test, and refine the product's capabilities. Your role will involve conducting user research to understand customer needs and translating those insights into actionable product features.
You will lead sprint planning meetings, ensuring that the team is aligned on priorities and timelines. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and ongoing improvements based on user feedback.
