You thrive in a collaborative environment, mentoring other administrators and influencing architectural decisions to optimize the Salesforce platform for global operations.

You possess a strong technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Your experience includes managing end-to-end technical delivery, from design and build to testing and deployment. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining the reliability and scalability of the Salesforce platform, ensuring it meets the needs of a modern GTM organization.

Desirable

Experience with Salesforce CPQ is a plus, as is familiarity with automation tools and best practices. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and scalability. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams will be essential in this role, as you partner closely with the Director of GTM Systems on roadmap execution and governance.

What you'll do

As the Lead Salesforce Administrator, you will serve as the technical lead for Salesforce configuration and automation within the GTM ecosystem. You will establish and enforce best practices for Flows, validation rules, and automation, ensuring that your team adheres to high standards of quality and scalability. You will review and approve admin work, providing guidance and mentorship to other Salesforce administrators.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining various Salesforce clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), and Experience Cloud. You will own the end-to-end technical delivery process, which encompasses design, build, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Salesforce solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving complex issues across quoting, contracting, and case management will be a key part of your role, as you work to ensure a seamless experience for users.

You will also play a crucial role in influencing architecture decisions, ensuring that the Salesforce platform is reliable, scalable, and optimized for global operations. Your technical leadership will help drive innovation and scalability within the GTM Systems organization, contributing to the overall success of DigiCert's mission to provide digital trust solutions.
