You are an experienced Salesforce professional with a strong background in both declarative configuration and programmatic execution. You thrive in environments where you can balance low-code solutions with the technical expertise needed to maintain and extend Salesforce codebases. Your experience allows you to serve as a vital link between business logic and technical delivery, ensuring that solutions are both effective and sustainable.
With a solid understanding of Salesforce, you have hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). You are adept at designing solutions that prioritize maintainability while also being capable of diving into code when necessary. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders makes you a key player in any project.

Desirable

What you'll do
As a GTM Salesforce Systems Administrator at Multiverse, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Salesforce solutions that support our Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Your role will involve prioritizing maintainable, low-code solutions while also extending our Salesforce codebase as needed.
You will work on solution delivery, ensuring that all implementations align with best practices and meet the needs of the business. Your expertise in Salesforce will allow you to troubleshoot issues and optimize existing processes, contributing to the overall efficiency of the organization. You will also play a key role in training and supporting users, helping them leverage Salesforce to its fullest potential.
