Overview
DigiCert is hiring a Senior Trust Assurance Analyst to join their Trust Office team. You'll support external customer audits and engage with compliance standards in the PKI industry. This role requires experience in internal and external audits.

Who you are
You have a strong background in internal and external audit processes, with a keen understanding of compliance standards relevant to the PKI industry. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to manage multiple audit scopes effectively, ensuring that all customer requirements are met with precision. You possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate seamlessly across various teams within the organization. Your ability to produce clear and concise written documentation is essential for this role, as you will be responsible for drafting reports and audit findings. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance compliance measures. Additionally, you are open to learning about industry standards such as eIDAS Regulation, ETSI, CA/B Forum, and WebTrust, which will further bolster your expertise in the field.
What you'll do
In this role, you will define the audit scope based on customer services and assist in coordinating external customer audits. You will work closely with the Governance, Risk, and Compliance team to ensure that all audits are conducted in accordance with established standards. Your responsibilities will include preparing documentation for audits, engaging with external auditors, and providing support throughout the audit process. You will also be involved in analyzing audit results and making recommendations for improvements. Your role will require you to stay updated on the latest compliance regulations and industry standards, ensuring that DigiCert remains a leader in intelligent trust. You will collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of compliance and risk management within the organization.
