Who you are

You have extensive experience as a UX Designer, leading design initiatives and implementing user-centered design strategies. Your expertise in various design tools and AI solutions allows you to innovate and enhance user experiences effectively. You excel in product discovery and user research, ensuring that your designs are grounded in real user needs and pain points. As a mentor to less senior designers, you are passionate about fostering their growth and development in the field. Your exceptional storytelling and presentation skills enable you to communicate design concepts clearly to stakeholders and team members alike.

You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and development leads to negotiate and champion UX requirements and best practices. Your ability to conduct various types of research with customers and stakeholders helps you develop innovative design solutions that address user needs. You are committed to inclusive design processes and enjoy collaborating across disciplines to create exceptional user experiences.

Desirable

Experience using Pendo and familiarity with the cybersecurity domain would be advantageous, as they align with the company's focus on secure digital interactions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design strategy and implementation for one of DigiCert's core portfolio products. You will develop and prioritize customer use cases and pain points, ensuring that the design solutions you create are both innovative and user-friendly. Partnering with product managers and development leads, you will negotiate UX requirements and advocate for best practices throughout the design process. Conducting research with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather insights that inform your design decisions.

You will represent UX in product strategy meetings, effectively communicating the voice of the customer and ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development. Your leadership in large-scale design initiatives will contribute to the overall success of the product and the organization. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
