You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product managers and development leads to negotiate and champion UX requirements and best practices. Your ability to conduct various types of research with customers and stakeholders helps you develop innovative design solutions that address user needs. What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the design strategy and implementation for one of DigiCert's core portfolio products. You will develop and prioritize customer use cases and pain points, ensuring that the design solutions you create are both innovative and user-friendly. Partnering with product managers and development leads, you will negotiate UX requirements and advocate for best practices throughout the design process. Conducting research with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders will be a key part of your responsibilities, allowing you to gather insights that inform your design decisions.

You will represent UX in product strategy meetings, effectively communicating the voice of the customer and ensuring that user needs are at the forefront of product development. Your leadership in large-scale design initiatives will contribute to the overall success of the product and the organization. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior designers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
