Job Description
Who you are
You are a strategic, staff-level technical content leader with a strong background in content strategy and technical domains. With your expertise, you can own end-to-end user documentation and UX content strategy for complex products. You excel at driving large-scale, cross-functional initiatives and establishing content standards that elevate documentation quality across the organization. You think beyond individual features — you design frameworks, systems, and architectures that scale effectively. You are proactive, data-driven, and user-centric, anticipating customer needs and translating them into clear, solution-focused content. Your strong communication skills enable you to present ideas, guide discussions, and advocate for user-centered content solutions.
Desirable
Experience with tools like Pendo for user onboarding and context-sensitive help is a plus. Familiarity with documenting APIs or developer workflows will also be beneficial.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead strategic documentation efforts and elevate the end-to-end content experience across DigiCert's products. You will define content strategy and drive documentation quality while partnering closely with engineering, product, and UX teams. Your responsibilities will include mentoring writers, shaping content systems and processes, and ensuring that documentation scales with the platform and customer needs. You will also be involved in establishing content standards and shaping processes that enhance documentation quality across the organization. Your role will require you to think critically about user needs and design documentation that is not only informative but also engaging and user-friendly.
