Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, particularly in data security and compliance, with at least 5 years of experience in a market-facing role. Your expertise includes understanding the dynamics of enterprise and regulated industries, as well as e-commerce and media sectors. You are adept at leveraging market insights to shape product strategies and drive adoption across various use cases. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

You are knowledgeable about generative AI policies and delivery ecosystems, which allows you to navigate the evolving landscape of compliance-sensitive content. Your analytical mindset helps you assess competitors and identify opportunities for innovation within the product portfolio. You are comfortable with travel, as this role requires 50% travel to engage with clients and stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in media and entertainment sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with piracy prevention technologies. You have a passion for promoting sustainable practices and understand the importance of protecting intellectual property in a digital age.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and commercialization of Digimarc's Leak Detection, Piracy Prevention, and AI Compliance product portfolio. You will conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, shaping product-market fit and driving adoption across enterprise, media, and brand protection use cases. You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to ensure that product features align with market demands and regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for developing go-to-market strategies and positioning for the product portfolio, ensuring that messaging resonates with target audiences. Your role will involve regular engagement with customers to gather feedback and insights, which will inform product enhancements and future developments. You will also monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
