WorkWave is seeking a Product Manager for AI & Data Analytics to drive the vision and execution of customer-facing SaaS products. You'll work with data-driven features and AI/ML solutions, requiring a strong background in data analytics and product management.

Who you are

You are a results-oriented Product Manager with a strong focus on AI and data analytics. You have experience in driving the vision and execution of customer-facing SaaS products, translating technical capabilities into quantifiable business value for B2B customers. Your curiosity and data-minded problem-solving skills enable you to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions effectively.

You thrive in a highly visible, customer-facing role, working directly with key clients to co-develop innovative solutions. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and actionable manner is one of your key strengths. You are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on both the product and the customers you serve.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the product roadmap and collaborate closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver impactful features. You will conduct user research to understand customer needs and define success metrics for your products. Your responsibilities will include prioritizing features based on business value and customer feedback, ensuring alignment with the overall company strategy.

You will lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
