Who you are

You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid media campaigns for SaaS and Tech companies. Your experience includes creating high-performing strategies that drive SQLs and customer acquisition. You are comfortable communicating with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring that deliverables meet expectations and align with client goals. You understand the nuances of programmatic campaigns and have the ability to optimize budgets effectively across multiple channels. Your analytical skills allow you to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results. You thrive in a client-facing role and are dedicated to building strong relationships that drive referrals and business growth.

Desirable

Experience with CRM systems is a plus, as you will confirm lead routing accuracy and ensure that client positioning is well understood. Familiarity with SEO and content marketing strategies will enhance your ability to create comprehensive digital marketing plans that resonate with clients. You are proactive in seeking improvements in operational dynamics and enjoy collaborating with vendors and partners to enhance service delivery.

What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee a collection of Paid Media accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for clients. You will lead the development of custom strategies tailored to each client's unique value proposition, ensuring that all campaigns are aligned with their business objectives. Weekly communication with clients and operational partners will be essential to maintain alignment on tasks and quality of work. You will drive referrals through your professional network and client relationships, contributing to the agency's growth. Each quarter, you will build and optimize strategies that reflect the evolving needs of your clients, ensuring that they consistently hit their SQL targets. Your role will also involve managing budgets for paid media campaigns, allowing you to leverage your analytical skills to maximize ROI.
