You have a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in paid search and social media, with at least 5 years of experience driving successful campaigns for SaaS or tech companies. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance client engagement and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with client goals. Your creativity shines through in your ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences, driving both brand awareness and conversion rates.

You are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and continuously seek to improve your skills and knowledge in digital marketing. You understand the importance of a customer-centric approach and prioritize generating SQLs over traditional metrics. Your leadership skills enable you to mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and innovation within your team. You are comfortable working in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all client objectives are met on time and within budget.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies. You have a strong understanding of the B2B tech landscape and can leverage this knowledge to create targeted marketing strategies that drive results. A background in analytics and reporting will help you track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for setting the strategic direction for paid search and social media campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and overall marketing goals. You will lead a team of marketers, guiding them in the execution of campaigns that drive customer acquisition and engagement. Your expertise in Google Ads and Facebook Ads will be crucial as you develop and optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI.

You will analyze campaign performance data, providing insights and recommendations to clients that help them understand the value of their marketing investments. Collaborating with the content team, you will ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with brand messaging and resonate with target audiences. You will also work closely with the SEO team to integrate search engine optimization strategies into your campaigns, maximizing visibility and reach.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to the overall growth strategy of Directive Consulting, identifying new opportunities for service expansion and client engagement. You will participate in client meetings, presenting campaign results and strategic recommendations that demonstrate your expertise and commitment to their success. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, helping them develop their skills and advance their careers in performance marketing.
