Who you are

You have a proven track record in performance marketing, particularly in paid search and social media, with at least 5 years of experience driving successful campaigns for SaaS or tech companies. Your analytical mindset allows you to interpret data effectively, enabling you to make informed decisions that enhance client engagement and retention. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that align with client goals. Your creativity shines through in your ability to craft compelling content that resonates with target audiences, driving both brand awareness and conversion rates. You are passionate about staying ahead of industry trends and continuously seek opportunities for professional growth and development. You understand the importance of setting clear goals and metrics for success, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for maximum impact.

Desirable

Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization techniques. A background in B2B marketing, particularly within the tech sector, will help you excel in this role.

What you'll do

As the Associate Director, Paid Search & Social, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and execution of paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads and Facebook Ads. You will set clear objectives for each client engagement, ensuring that all marketing efforts are aligned with their business goals.
