What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the data science efforts for the GTM Ads team at Discord, shaping the future of advertising on the platform. You will partner directly with product managers, sales teams, and engineering to develop data-driven strategies that enhance user experience while delivering value to advertisers. Your responsibilities will include designing and executing experiments to test advertising strategies, analyzing user behavior data, and providing actionable insights to improve ad performance.

You will also be responsible for establishing best practices for data collection and analysis, ensuring that user privacy is upheld in all advertising initiatives. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will help define key performance indicators and metrics to measure the success of advertising campaigns.
