You have 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, with a strong background in statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making. Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to manipulate and analyze large datasets effectively, uncovering insights that drive business growth. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive in ambiguity, pushing for excellence in your work. Your ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders makes you a trusted partner within cross-functional teams. You are passionate about leveraging data to solve real-world problems and are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of professional services.
Desirable
Experience with machine learning frameworks and data visualization tools is a plus. Familiarity with Go-To-Market strategies and marketing analytics will help you excel in this role. What you'll do
In this role, you will embed deeply with Harvey's rapidly growing Go-To-Market organization, helping to build the data science function from the ground up. You will define key performance indicators and metrics to measure success across various initiatives. Collaborating with the Marketing and Finance teams, you will analyze data to uncover growth drivers and provide actionable insights. Your work will involve designing experiments and conducting A/B testing to optimize marketing strategies and improve customer acquisition. You will also be responsible for creating data visualizations that effectively communicate your findings to stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven decisions are made at all levels of the organization.
