You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with Sales, Product, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and Engineering teams to achieve project goals. Your strong communication skills allow you to align stakeholders effectively, ensuring everyone is on the same page throughout the project lifecycle.

Your experience in onboarding and integrating new merchants and partners has equipped you with the skills to navigate regulatory and technical requirements seamlessly. What you'll do

As a Senior Delivery Implementation Manager at dLocal, you will play a crucial role in the Delivery Solutions team, overseeing the onboarding and integration of new merchants and partners. You will ensure operational readiness and that all projects are delivered in alignment with regulatory and technical requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned on project goals and deliverables. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.

You will work closely with the Sales team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans. Collaborating with the Product team, you will ensure that the solutions delivered meet client expectations and regulatory standards. Your role will also involve liaising with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure that all projects adhere to necessary regulations. You will be a key point of contact for clients during the implementation process, providing updates and addressing any concerns they may have.
