What you'll do

As an AI Deployment Manager at OpenAI, you will be responsible for designing and delivering technical enablement experiences that support a repeatable adoption framework. You will work directly with customers to help them understand and effectively apply OpenAI's products, including ChatGPT Enterprise and the API. Your role will involve conducting structured workshops and creating tailored adoption programs that drive sustained activation and measurable business value.

You will collaborate closely with sales, AI Success Engineers, and Solutions Engineering teams to ensure that customers are not only enabled but also set up for long-term success as OpenAI's platform evolves. Your insights and feedback will be crucial in refining the deployment processes and enhancing the overall customer experience. You will also track and measure the impact of your enablement efforts, using data to inform future strategies and initiatives.
