Overview
dLocal is seeking a Finance & Operations Assurance professional to enhance processes and monitor SLAs and KPIs for the Malta team. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to build relationships across teams.

You have a knack for creating structure and improving processes β you thrive in environments where you can build strong working relationships across teams. Your experience in finance and operations allows you to effectively set up and monitor SLAs and KPIs, ensuring that the processes our Malta team relies on are efficient and effective. You are detail-oriented and enjoy keeping records up to date, particularly when it comes to maintaining our outsourcing register and ensuring compliance with EBA guidelines. You understand the importance of aligning operations with regulatory standards and are committed to fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the finance and operations processes at dLocal. You will be responsible for setting up and monitoring SLAs and KPIs that are vital for the success of our Malta team. Your role will involve regular communication with various teams to ensure that everyone is aligned and that processes are running smoothly. You will also maintain our outsourcing register, ensuring that it is up to date and compliant with EBA guidelines. Your ability to create structure will help streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
