What you'll do

As the Information Systems Security Officer at Docebo, you will own and operate the company's FedRAMP authorization and maintenance program — this includes end-to-end governance, risk management, and continuous monitoring. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ATO/ATO-maintenance artifacts, ensuring that all security measures align with regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that security practices are integrated into the development and operational processes. Your role will involve conducting risk assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes to enhance security posture.

You will also engage with government and third-party assessment organizations to facilitate compliance audits and assessments. Your expertise will guide the organization in navigating complex regulatory landscapes, ensuring that all security protocols are up to date and effective.
