Who you are

You have extensive experience as an Information Systems Security Officer, particularly in managing the accreditation and continuous monitoring of classified networks. Your hands-on experience securing Authorities to Operate (ATO) for SIPRNet and JWICS environments sets you apart, and you have a proven track record of managing ATO lifecycles across various stakeholders, including the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.

Your expertise extends to enabling Defense Contractors to build compliant, customer-aligned classified enclaves, and you are familiar with CWAN environments. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Cybersecurity, IT, Business Development, and Growth Teams.

You are detail-oriented and understand the importance of delivering accredited classified capabilities on time and within scope. Your ability to navigate complex security requirements and your commitment to maintaining high standards of security compliance make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Desirable

Experience with various cybersecurity frameworks and standards is a plus, as is familiarity with risk management processes. You are proactive in identifying potential security risks and implementing effective mitigation strategies.

What you'll do

As the Information Systems Security Officer at Saronic, you will lead the stand-up and accreditation of classified networks, ensuring they meet all necessary security requirements. You will be responsible for the continuous monitoring of these networks, working closely with the Cybersecurity team to address any vulnerabilities that may arise.

You will collaborate with various stakeholders to secure Authorities to Operate (ATO) for classified environments, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your role will involve managing the ATO lifecycle, coordinating with the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community to maintain security standards.

In addition, you will work with Defense Contractors to help them build compliant classified enclaves, providing guidance and support throughout the process. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering accredited classified capabilities that meet the needs of U.S. Government customers.
