You have a strong background in customer relationship management and a passion for helping clients achieve their goals. You understand the importance of aligning customer needs with technical solutions, and you thrive in a collaborative environment where you can act as a liaison between technical teams and customers. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to bridge gaps and foster strong partnerships.

You are detail-oriented and proactive, always looking for ways to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. Your experience in the learning management system (LMS) space gives you insights into how technology can transform learning experiences. You are comfortable navigating complex customer environments and are skilled at identifying opportunities for efficiency gains.

What you'll do

As a Technical Account Manager at Docebo, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with assigned customers, ensuring they are successful in utilizing the Docebo learning platform. You will work closely with key stakeholders to understand their workflows and business initiatives, providing strategic guidance and technical support as needed. Your role will involve continuous monitoring and improvement of the platform to meet customer needs effectively.

You will act as an extension of the customer's team, advocating for their interests while collaborating with internal resources to resolve issues and identify opportunities for enhancement. Your goal is to make every customer a lifelong partner, ensuring they derive maximum value from the Docebo solutions. You will also engage in regular check-ins and feedback sessions to assess customer satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
