You have a strong background in solutions architecture, with a focus on customer engagement and technical support. Your experience includes working with enterprise customers to ensure they successfully adopt and derive value from technology solutions. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to present complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product management, to deliver outstanding results. You are passionate about improving developer experiences and have a solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).

Desirable

Experience with Docker products is a plus, as is familiarity with application development topics. You may also have a background in writing application code for demos and workshops, showcasing your technical expertise in real-world scenarios.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through technical engagement, sharing knowledge and best practices for adopting Docker products. You will work closely with Technical Account Managers to help customers succeed with Docker, presenting and discussing application development topics using Docker solutions. Your responsibilities will include writing application code as part of demos and workshops, ensuring customers experience the full value of Docker's offerings. You will engage with customers to identify and prevent issues, ensuring they achieve their business objectives through effective use of the Docker platform. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance the overall customer experience and drive adoption of Docker solutions.
