Your expertise in SQL and Python allows you to develop robust data solutions that empower teams across the organization. You are familiar with data visualization tools like Tableau and have experience in creating dashboards that provide actionable insights. You understand the importance of data quality and security, ensuring compliance with regulations such as GDPR. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with product, design, and business teams to understand their data needs and translate them into technical specifications. You are passionate about leveraging data to improve healthcare access and outcomes.

Desirable

Experience with dbt for data transformation and modeling is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud-native platforms and distributed architectures. Knowledge of AI strategies and how data can support them will enhance your contributions to the team. You are comfortable working in agile environments and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What you'll do

As a Senior Analytics Engineer at Doctolib, you will be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines that support our AI strategy and enhance decision-making across the organization. You will develop and maintain data marts in BigQuery, utilizing SQL and Jinja to ensure efficient data processing. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to define their data needs and specifications, ensuring that the solutions you create are aligned with business objectives. You will also create dashboards using Tableau for high-level reporting, providing insights that drive strategic initiatives. Monitoring and optimizing data quality, security, and availability will be key aspects of your responsibilities, as you work to ensure that our data infrastructure is reliable and compliant with regulations.
