What you'll do

As a People Strategy Business Analyst intern at Doctolib, you will conduct analyses on the performance of various HR functions, including recruitment, engagement, and attrition. You will assist in decision-making processes regarding organizational structure and resource allocation. Your role will involve identifying improvement opportunities based on your analyses and supporting HR teams in adopting these insights. Additionally, you will contribute to the establishment of data governance within the People department, ensuring that data is used effectively to drive strategic initiatives.
