What you'll do
As a Strategy Analyst at Doctolib, you will play a crucial role in the Sales Operations team, focusing on the development and optimization of training programs. You will design and refine the roadmap for the Doctolib Sales Academy, ensuring that it meets the needs of the sales teams. Your responsibilities will include analyzing the performance of training initiatives through dedicated dashboards and proposing actionable improvements. You will also be involved in the operationalization of the Sales Academy, ensuring that the training is effectively implemented and continuously improved.
In addition to initial training, you will develop ongoing training projects around the Premium Sales Approach to maintain the expertise of our sales and managerial teams. You will measure the effectiveness of these training programs and suggest plans for enhancement based on your findings. Furthermore, you will oversee the digital tools used by our sales teams, focusing on performance reporting and the continuous improvement of coaching tools like Modjo and our internal AI solution, Dust.
