You have a strong background in machine learning, particularly in automatic speech recognition (ASR) and speech-to-text (STT) technologies — your experience includes leading teams and delivering high-quality AI products that enhance user experiences in healthcare. You are skilled in managing the end-to-end process of model design, training, and evaluation, ensuring that the solutions you develop are both innovative and reliable.

You possess excellent leadership qualities, having mentored teams of experts in the field — you foster a culture of research rigor and operational excellence, guiding your team to achieve high standards in code quality and performance. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, translating user needs into actionable technical objectives.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the ASR roadmap from conception to execution, ensuring that the models you develop are integrated seamlessly into Doctolib's AI products — your leadership will drive the team to continuously improve metrics such as word error rate (WER) and latency. You will partner with MLOps to create scalable and cost-efficient training and inference pipelines, ensuring that the solutions are reliable in production environments.

You will collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical teams to translate user needs into measurable technical objectives — your insights will help shape the future of healthcare documentation, allowing health professionals to focus more on patient care. Your role will also involve driving continuous improvements in multilingual performance and domain adaptation, ensuring that the technology remains at the forefront of the industry.
