What you'll do

As the Engineering Manager for Doctolib’s Core Backend team, you will lead a group of talented engineers dedicated to building and maintaining the backend foundations of the platform. Your role will involve overseeing the development of critical components that support various product teams, ensuring they can deliver features quickly and reliably.

You will be responsible for fostering a culture of quality and collaboration within your team, conducting regular code reviews, and mentoring engineers to help them grow in their careers. You will also work closely with product and design teams to align technical capabilities with business goals, ensuring that the solutions developed meet user needs effectively.

In addition, you will implement best practices for software development, including CI/CD processes and automated testing, to enhance the team's productivity and code quality.
