You have extensive experience in product management, ideally with a focus on platform services or similar domains. You possess strong leadership skills and have successfully managed teams, providing mentorship and guidance to foster their growth. Your ability to influence without authority is a key strength, allowing you to align cross-functional teams towards common goals. You are comfortable working in an agile environment and have a deep understanding of the healthcare sector, particularly in how technology can improve patient and care team experiences. You are data-driven and can leverage metrics to inform product decisions, ensuring that the products you manage meet the needs of users effectively.
What you'll do
As the Lead Product Manager at Doctolib, you will oversee the Platform Services Stream, which is responsible for critical components such as authentication and authorization, data retention, and privacy tools. You will lead three platform teams, guiding them in building and maintaining the foundational elements of the system that support over 600 engineers. Your role will involve managing high-impact product initiatives that enhance engineering efficiency and accelerate technological modernization. You will balance the need for rapid iteration with the necessity of robust governance, security, and compliance, ensuring that the products developed are not only innovative but also reliable and secure. You will collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business teams to align on product vision and execution, driving the platform's success and enabling product teams to focus on their core missions.
