JFrog is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead a team focused on Software Supply Chain Security. You'll be responsible for product strategy, customer requirements, and cross-functional collaboration. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in product management.

Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the software security or DevOps space. You possess excellent communication skills in English, enabling you to effectively engage with global teams and C-suite executives. Your ability to compile a clear and inspiring product vision is complemented by your proven track record of leading teams through the product lifecycle from ideation to production. You have a knack for influencing cross-functional teams without formal authority, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and motivated towards common goals. An engineering or application security background is a significant advantage, as it allows you to understand the technical aspects of the products you manage.
Desirable
Experience in managing multiple product managers and leading initiatives that span across various teams is highly desirable. You are adept at gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, which helps in defining the product strategy and go-to-market plans. Your innovative mindset allows you to push the boundaries of what is possible in product development, particularly in the realm of software supply chain security.
What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at JFrog, you will lead a team of product managers working on one of our major growth products. Your primary responsibility will be to guide the team towards success by setting clear objectives and ensuring that product development aligns with customer needs and market trends. You will collaborate closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products that provide exceptional user experiences. Additionally, you will work with customers, sales, marketing, and support teams to meet revenue and customer satisfaction goals. Your role will involve regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that everyone is informed and engaged in the product development process. You will also be responsible for defining metrics to measure product success and iterating on product features based on user feedback and market analysis.
