Who you are
As a Lead Product Marketing Manager, you have a strong background in product marketing with a focus on user engagement and growth strategies. You understand the healthcare landscape and can deeply empathize with healthcare professionals, including general practitioners and specialists. Your analytical skills allow you to conduct user research and market analysis to identify user needs and pain points effectively. You excel in developing compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences. You are experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Brand & Content, Growth Marketing, Sales Operations, Data, and Public Affairs, to maximize the perceived value of solutions and accelerate adoption. You are proactive in identifying growth opportunities and can influence product roadmaps based on market insights.
Desirable
Experience in the healthcare sector or with B2B products is a plus. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and strategies will enhance your ability to drive product launches and marketing campaigns effectively.
What you'll do
