You take pride in writing high-quality, reusable, and testable code, ensuring that your contributions are sustainable and efficient. Understanding low-level intricacies, such as Swift 6.0 concurrency, you know how to profile and measure app performance and speed, optimizing the user experience at every turn. You thrive in rigorous, fast-paced teams, whether in startups or big tech, and possess a genuine interest in fashion, avatars, or creative expression. Your self-driven nature and high agency enable you to master new skills quickly and deeply, making you a valuable asset to any team.

Desirable

Bonus points if you have experience with WebSockets, HTTP, concurrency, and multithreading, as well as a background in building complex, fluid UX animations in iOS. Experience in the fashion or consumer e-commerce sector would also be a plus, as it aligns with our mission to reimagine fashion shopping.

What you'll do

As the Founding iOS Engineer, you will develop a native iOS app that defines a new category in fashion shopping through AI avatars. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will design and implement novel mobile experiences that set our product apart in the market. You will build and maintain high-quality, reusable, and testable code while defining mobile development processes, including planning, testing, releasing, and monitoring. Your role will involve optimizing app performance and speed, ensuring that users enjoy a seamless experience. Staying up-to-date with the latest iOS developments and best practices will be crucial as you contribute to the overall product strategy and user experience. You will collaborate effectively in a shared codebase, upholding high coding standards and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
