What you'll do

As the Operations Lead at Doji, you will work directly with our founders to execute impactful special projects that align with our mission of reimagining fashion shopping through AI avatars. You will manage customer support operations, ensuring that our users receive quality and timely responses to their inquiries. Your analytical skills will be put to use as you analyze data to extract meaningful user insights, which will help improve our product offerings.

You will also manage contractor teams responsible for AI data collection and product curation, ensuring that our AI training data pipeline is of the highest quality. Your contributions will extend to the overall product strategy and user experience, as you collaborate with various teams to enhance our offerings and drive user engagement.
