What you'll do

In this role, you will own and facilitate the full people operations life cycle across our teams in London, New York, Belfast, and Hong Kong. You will ensure that employee data is accurately maintained in our People Ops and Engagement & Performance systems. You will work closely with various stakeholders to enhance our people operations processes, making them more efficient and effective as we scale. Your responsibilities will include overseeing onboarding processes, managing employee records, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of inclusivity and belonging within the organization, helping to create an environment where all employees feel valued and supported.
