What you'll do
In this role, you will own metrics related to selection strategy and pricing accuracy. You will analyze data to identify efficiencies and drive improvements in the logistics network. Your work will involve spearheading cross-functional projects that enhance the customer experience across DoorDash's Grocery, Convenience, Alcohol, and Retail businesses.
You will collaborate closely with various teams to develop and implement operational processes at scale. Your insights will help shape the selection strategy, ensuring that consumers consistently find the right items available for delivery. You will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and making data-driven recommendations to optimize operations.
As an individual contributor, you will report to a Manager within the Catalog, Fulfillment, and Logistics group. Your role will require you to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, making a tangible impact on the business.
