Who you are
You are a motivated and experienced individual who excels in fast-paced, physical environments. You are excited to roll up your sleeves and actively engage in day-to-day operations. You take ownership of your assigned shifts, ensuring that warehouse and kitchen processes run smoothly while maintaining safety and cleanliness. You understand the importance of quality and training, and you are accountable for inventory, equipment, and other company assets to prevent loss or theft.
What you'll do
As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will ensure that customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating with customers when issues arise. Your leadership will help create a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform their best.
