What you'll do

As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will guide Operations Associates through their shifts, ensuring that the team works safely and productively. You will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and other company assets, ensuring they are properly handled and stored. You will also be involved in training new team members and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and efficiency. Your leadership will be crucial in executing orders accurately and ensuring smooth Dasher pickups, contributing to the overall success of the DashMart operations.
