You have experience guiding teams, ensuring that Operations Associates work safely and productively throughout their shifts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, which may include preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will lead your team by delegating tasks effectively and ensuring that all operations run efficiently. You will maintain accountability for inventory management, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are stored correctly. You will also be responsible for training new team members, instilling a culture of safety and quality in your shift. Your leadership will be crucial in creating a positive work environment where team members feel supported and motivated to perform their best. You will communicate with customers to resolve any issues that may arise during the order fulfillment process, ensuring that their experience with DoorDash is positive and satisfactory.
