What you'll do
As a Shift Lead at DashMart, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment and maintaining inventory. You will oversee the daily operations of the local-fulfillment center, ensuring that all processes are executed efficiently. You will communicate with customers to resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process, ensuring that Dasher pickups go smoothly. You will lead your team by delegating tasks and ensuring that safety protocols are followed.
