Experience with the SevenRooms platform or similar hospitality technology solutions is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and customer engagement strategies will set you apart. You are adaptable and open to learning, eager to grow your expertise in customer success management.
What you'll do
As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you will own and nurture relationships with DoorDashβs largest In-Store customers, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. You will lead account strategy and guide customers in realizing the full value of the SevenRooms platform, ensuring they achieve measurable business impact. Your responsibilities will include driving customer retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring a world-class experience for your clients. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Account Development, Product, and other teams to create a seamless customer journey. Your role will involve some fieldwork for on-site customer engagement and participation in industry events, enhancing your understanding of customer needs and market trends.
