What you'll do
As a Growth Merchant Lead, you will be responsible for expanding DoorDashβs presence in Tier 4-5 markets. This involves identifying potential merchant partners, conducting in-person sales meetings, and developing tailored strategies to onboard new restaurants and retailers onto the platform. You will spend the majority of your time traveling within the region, engaging with local businesses to understand their needs and how DoorDash can support their growth. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of new partners into the DoorDash ecosystem. Your role will also involve analyzing market trends and feedback to refine sales approaches and improve overall merchant satisfaction.
