You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in developing new markets and building partnerships with small to medium-sized businesses. Your experience includes working in high-opportunity areas, where you've successfully driven growth and monetization strategies. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are energized by the prospect of opening new markets from the ground up. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to connect with diverse stakeholders and influence market growth directly. You are comfortable with extensive travel, as this role requires you to spend a significant amount of time in the field, meeting with potential partners. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of working in underdeveloped markets, leveraging your creativity and strategic thinking to overcome obstacles.

What you'll do

As a Growth Merchant Lead at DoorDash, you will be responsible for expanding the company's presence in emerging markets by establishing partnerships with local restaurants and retailers. You will own the sales cycle, focusing on high-velocity, in-person interactions to drive growth.
