Your leadership skills enable you to guide Operations Associates, ensuring that the team works safely and productively throughout their shifts.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for fulfilling orders in a warehouse environment, maintaining inventory, and, in some locations, preparing food in a light-prep kitchen. You will oversee the operations of the DashMart, ensuring that all processes are executed accurately and efficiently. You will also be accountable for the handling and protection of company assets, including inventory and equipment, to prevent loss or theft.

You will lead your team by providing guidance and support, fostering a collaborative work environment. Your role will involve training new team members and ensuring that all staff adhere to safety protocols and operational standards. You will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are delivered with high quality and that Dasher pickups go smoothly.
