What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Site Manager in leading the local warehouse operating team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly within the distribution center. You will be responsible for driving results in one or more specific focus areas, utilizing your operational expertise to achieve performance targets. You will engage with cross-functional partners as needed to support your team and tackle onsite escalations, demonstrating your ability to navigate challenges and implement solutions.

You will play a key role in fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity, leading by example and encouraging your team to embrace new initiatives and growth projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a high-performing team that is excited to drive success both personally and collectively. You will also be involved in preparing food in a light-prep kitchen in some locations, ensuring that quality standards are maintained throughout the process.
