What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the Site Manager in leading the local warehouse operating team, ensuring that all operations run smoothly within a 5-15k sq ft distribution center. You will be responsible for driving results in specific focus areas, utilizing effective scheduling and inventory management processes to meet performance targets. You will also play a key role in fostering a safety-first culture, where team members are encouraged to drive success both personally and collectively.

You will tackle onsite escalations and work closely with your team to navigate new initiatives and growth projects. Your leadership will be instrumental in building a cohesive team that is excited to contribute to the overall success of the DashMart division. You will engage with cross-functional partners as needed to support your team's objectives and ensure high-quality service for customers.
