You are adaptable and open to considering multiple roles within the retail team during the interview process.
What you'll do
As an Associate Manager on the New Verticals team, you will support key strategic growth initiatives aimed at expanding DoorDash's retail presence across various categories such as pets, beauty, flowers, and home improvement. You will be responsible for shaping the retail strategy and driving growth by managing category performance, launching merchandising initiatives, and leading campaigns that deliver measurable results. You will work closely with top retail partners, managing launches from start to finish using the enterprise partner launch playbook. Your role will involve collaborating with Business Development to identify and onboard new partners, ensuring a seamless integration into the DoorDash platform. You will also engage with the Product team to enhance the user experience and optimize the marketplace offerings. Your contributions will be vital in fueling the next wave of retail innovation at DoorDash, and you will report to a Senior Manager while working as an individual contributor.
