What you'll do

As the Operations Manager for Remote Assistance at DoorDash Labs, you will lead a multinational team responsible for assisting robots in testing and commercial deployment. You will conduct daily, weekly, and monthly operational meetings to review performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams, you will roadmap and implement ongoing tooling and workflow enhancements that support operational scalability. Your role will involve maintaining accountability for specialized functional equipment and terminals, ensuring uptime and operational readiness. You will coordinate with Local Operations to ensure seamless workflows and operational handoffs as the team scales. Your leadership will be crucial in modeling labor needs and implementing autonomy improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
