Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in autonomous and/or robotics operations, demonstrating a strong understanding of the field and its challenges. Your proficiency in Google Suite applications such as Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, and Calendar allows you to manage tasks efficiently and effectively. You communicate clearly and effectively via Slack, both in writing and verbally, ensuring that team collaboration is seamless. You are self-motivated and quick to learn, thriving under pressure while maintaining a focus on safety and inclusivity within the team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage robots on public roads, providing valuable feedback to team leads for system improvements. Your responsibilities will include public road testing and supporting robots through a remote system to address their needs efficiently. You will collaborate with your team to identify inefficiencies and offer constructive feedback to shift leads to continually improve team efficiency. Additionally, you will aid operators in their daily activities, ensuring adherence to Remote Assistance standards and fostering a culture of safety and open communication.
