You have a proven track record in operations management, ideally with experience in robotics or automation. Your leadership skills shine as you oversee a team of operators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. You excel in communication, providing constructive feedback and actionable insights to both your team and management. You are adept at problem-solving, ensuring operational goals are met while adapting to challenges that arise during shifts. You understand the importance of operational excellence, monitoring schedules and addressing any delays promptly. Your ability to act as a primary point of contact between your team and management ensures that communication flows smoothly, and issues are escalated appropriately.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and guide a team of operators, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. You will oversee deployment schedules, monitor adherence to break and rotation schedules, and handle escalations as needed. Your leadership will foster a culture of accountability and adaptability, driving your team to meet operational goals. You will compile and deliver clear feedback to both your team and leadership, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned. Additionally, you will assist with special tasks or challenges that arise during your shift, proactively addressing and resolving any issues that may impact operations. Your role is critical in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of the Robot Operations team, contributing to the long-term transformation of last-mile logistics through robotics and automation.
