What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the design of admin experiences within DoorDash for Business, focusing on creating tools that simplify team lunch ordering and enhance workplace dining programs. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to ensure that your designs are not only visually appealing but also functional and user-friendly. Your work will directly impact how workplace admins manage food programs, making their tasks easier and more efficient.
You will conduct user research to gather insights and validate your design decisions, ensuring that the solutions you create are grounded in real user needs. You will iterate on your designs based on feedback and testing, continuously improving the user experience. Additionally, you will contribute to the overall design strategy of the Consumer team, helping to shape the future of DoorDash's offerings.
