What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution for DashPass, one of DoorDash's highest priority marketplace businesses. You will partner with a large cross-functional team to drive customer acquisition and increase profitability. Your responsibilities will include defining the long-term vision for DashPass and ensuring that the team is aligned with this vision. You will be expected to keep your finger on the pulse of industry best practices and benchmarks, applying your expertise to bring true innovation to the program.

You will communicate strategies and results to all audiences, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. Your role will involve managing, developing, and hiring a team of all-stars, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. You will drive initiatives that have a visible impact on the business, taking DoorDash to new heights in the local commerce space.
