You have a proven track record in strategy and operations, with at least 5 years of experience leading teams and driving impactful projects. Your ability to think critically and develop strategies from first principles sets you apart. You thrive in cross-functional environments, collaborating with product, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You are data-driven and analytical, capable of transforming strategies into operational experiments that yield measurable outcomes. Your experience in managing teams, both directly and indirectly, has equipped you with the skills to mentor and guide others effectively. You are excited about leveraging AI-forward solutions to enhance user engagement and improve operational efficiencies.

What you'll do

As a Senior Manager on the Consumer Experience Strategy & Operations team, you will be responsible for defining and executing in-app experiences that resonate with our customers. You will strategize and implement initiatives that enhance customer engagement across our marketplace, ensuring that DoorDash becomes the everyday app for users. Your role will involve high-level strategic planning as well as attention to operational details, ensuring that every aspect of the consumer experience is optimized.

You will lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing go-to-market strategies, analyzing operational impacts, and iterating on processes to drive better outcomes.
